BANANA MILO PUDDING

BANANA MILO PUDDING

The day I was all set to make this Banana Milo pudding at home, I ran downstairs with glee at the thought of tasting the final product. I was so sure I had seen the bananas on the banana stand in the kitchen the day before. Notice I said bananas not singular. So turns out my parents rediscovered their love for bananas and in one day cleared out all the bananas. I was shattered because so far grocery shopping in Nigeria seems like such a mission. I can’t just stroll out in my pyjamas to a grocery store to pick up a few items. I mean I can but in Nigeria if you try that, well let’s just say the stares are enough to send you back into your house.

I ran back upstairs and somehow convinced my mum that she would love the banana milo pudding I was about to make so she should come with me aka drive me to the store
🙂
Luckily she indulged me. I breezed through the aisles of the grocery store and picked up the items I needed. For those that are going to buy yoghurt, I did not get the liquid yoghurt. I got the little cups of yoghurt because they are in a slightly more solid form than the bottled ones. That would be your best best for this recipe. I hope you enjoy this tiny dessert as much as I did.
